Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ + Studies airline business processes and recommends system rules + Identifies opportunities to implement automation and exception based management + Monitors and tracks performance of the stores processes and impact to American's operations + May use Misspelled WordAlteryx, Tableau, Access, Excel, or other analytic tools to simulate and analyze process improvement and optimization opportunities + Evaluates and recommends improvements and fine tuning of existing processes + Works within or lead cross functional teams + Presents findings and makes recommendations + Works with and provides direction to industry consultants, Operations Research Analysts and IT professional + Performs time sensitive analysis for senior leadership of stores and or supply chainText **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, related field or equivalent experience + 3 years job related experience **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations Research + Experience with cost analysis and root cause methods + Experience using data warehouse extraction tools such as; Alteryx, Tableau, and/or SQLText **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc + 'A potential team leader with strong communication skills + Self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative + Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis, problem solving, forecasting and quality improvement + Must be able to logically structure analyses of complex issues and develops solutions to business problems and challenges + High ethical standards **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
