Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional Support Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion OTL and will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, user training, and process improvements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Support: Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion OTL module to customers. Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the system is configured to meet customer expectation. Troubleshoot issues related to OTL configuration, time entry, payroll integration, and reporting. Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements or new implementations. Technical Support: Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion OTL modules, including troubleshooting and resolving complex integration and fast formula related issues Configure and customize Oracle Fusion OTL functionality as per business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle modules and third-party applications. System Integration & Configuration: Design and implement OTL configuration and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance. Work with developers to ensure proper system integrations with external applications and platforms. Support necessary system upgrades, patches, and perform post-implementation testing. Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on Oracle Fusion OTL functionalities and best practices on need basis. Create and maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, and training materials. Develop and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams. Project Support & Enhancement: Support new business requirements and project implementations related to Oracle Fusion OTL. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion OTL, including support and configuration. In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially OTL, Payroll, and absence management. Proven experience in performing system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting. Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, including tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Proficient in creating custom reports, dashboards, and integrations using Oracle tools and techniques. Knowledge with SQL, and any relevant reporting or integration tools is a plus. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of OTL processes such as time entry, approval workflows, absence management, and payroll integration. Experience in configuring and supporting time entry rules, labor categories, work schedules, and time cards. Excellent understanding of business processes related to time and labor management. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and functional information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle time-sensitive requests.Ready to work in shifts including night shift. The role will be based in Bangalore
