FINRA Representative - US Life Insurance


This is a Work Migration  Onshore position for Sr. Analyst III - FINRA, Resources specifically for  FINRA associates are required to be established in DXC Manila.

Roles and Responsibilities:

FINRA agents (Life Insurance) that will enable and deliver contracted services in accordance with business policies and procedures to DXC's clients across a number of teams.Responsible for handling inbound calls from insurance policy holders and providers. 


Essential Job Functions:

Execute business process transactions, learn from experienced team members, and focus on accuracy.Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other staff.Assist in process improvement initiatives and data analysis.Contribute to identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.Ensure compliance with established quality standards.Participate in documenting and updating process guidelines.Assist in analyzing data trends and reporting.Support the team in meeting performance targets and quality standards.

​Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in the Life Insurance account.Required: FINRA License Series 6/7, 24/26Proven experience in business process transactionsProficiencies in business process management and optimizationA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

​Other Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
