We're on a rapid growth trajectory, fueled in part by our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) expansion team. As SFA - M&A, you'll own financial analysis of one of the most important strategic growth programs for the company! You'll assist during the entire life cycle from acquisition pipeline, evaluation, investment recommendations, and execution of a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
This position combines sophisticated financial analysis and heavy relationship management with brokers, sellers, and business owners. If you’re a Senior Financial Analyst that excels in profitability modeling, cash flow analysis, business investment metrics, and building both internal and external relationships, this is the ideal position for you!
Responsibilities:Support all financial analysis phases of the M&A life cycle including but not limited to: assessment, profitability modeling, due diligence, relationship management, and deal close.Build financial cases and Executive presentations to support investment recommendations.Review P&L model outputs compared to portfolio results (prior year, versus budget, etc.) and make investment recommendations.Create ad-hoc financial modeling for special projects and program development, as well as pro-forma models for new centers with detailed, accurate, and well-documented analysis.Partner with external brokers to source new acquisition opportunities and engage with potential sellers/owners of the business.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, or related field required.Demonstrated ability in financial analysis or investment analysis, preferably in a national multi-unit organization; includes experience with cash-flow modeling and investment metrics and concepts (NPV, IRR, etc.).Able to build and maintain financial models in Excel and present data in PowerPoint to make key business decisions.Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Effective partner management to quickly build rapport with colleagues inside and outside the company and at all levels.Skilled eye for business and communication of financial concepts.Our benefits meet you where you are.
