Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components.Support in application and developer.Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering preferredTypically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role and years of experience in software engineeringProficiency in any of the following: Perl, Windows, Oracle/SQL, HTML, CGI, Unix/Linux, CSH, Cron, Python, JavaExperience analyzing and documentingApplication support and application developerStrong programming and debugging skillsFamiliarity with software development practices and methodologiesStrong problem-solving skillsGood team collaboration and communication abilitiesOther Qualifications
