This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day. **What You’ll Do:** **This is a Full-Time Salary Position** The Senior Information Security Analyst is a hands-on role dedicated to strengthening the organization’s security posture. This position requires deep technical expertise and a strong background in information security. The Senior Analyst collaborates with IT leadership, architects, engineers, administrators, third-party service providers, business stakeholders and the broader Information Security team to assess and mitigate risks. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on system, network and data security, evaluating and implementing security controls and technologies; and ensuring compliance with security best practices and industry standards. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in designing and deploying secure system architectures, establishing robust security processes while serving as an escalation point for complex security issues Supervise the collection of all international franchise receivables. + Drives the development, implementation, and operation of security controls, practices, tools, and services. + Collaborates with and guides GNC's Information Technology leaders, architects, engineers, and administrators; outside service providers; business users; and Information Security to identify and implement security requirements and solutions. + Monitors security information and event management and logs for unusual events. Identifies and responds to trends, recommends solutions. + Designs and develops security processes and procedures and supports service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained. + Specifies, researches, evaluates and recommends information-security-related hardware and software, including developing business cases for security investments. + Collaborates with internal and external auditors and assessors. Receives audit findings, and manages the collection of responses and remediation plans with owners. + Serves as point of contact to solve complex problems by means of systematic and disciplined troubleshooting **Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:** + Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely. + Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear + Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
