Sr Analyst SF&I

Your Impact
The Senior Analyst in the Home Services department is a critical player in the Sell, Furnish, and Install (SF&I) business model, driving the expansion and efficiency of SF&I initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the SF&I processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead projects and initiatives that enhance the SF&I offerings. The Senior Analyst works closely with National Installation Merchants (NIMs), Project Managers (PMO), Technology and other stakeholders to stand up new categories, resolve escalations, and support technology improvements. By analyzing data, managing roadmaps, and collaborating on promotions and capabilities, the Senior Analyst plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of SF&I operations, ensuring that the business stays ahead in a competitive landscape.


What You Will Do

Actively lead and/or participate in partnering with NIMs to stand up new categories as a SME (with PMO support) or as PM (with no PMO support).

Provide support and resolution pathways for PRO inquiries regarding APIs, processes, escalations, situations, and taxes.

Provide support and resolution pathways for NIM inquiries regarding processes, escalations, and situations.

Support Tech on escalations from the field regarding reporting and availability.

Actively lead and/or participate in partnering with NIMs to expand categories to additional stores, increasing category performance opportunities.

Actively lead and/or participate in partnering NIMs / PROs / IME to stand up new capabilities.

Manage SF&I Road Map, partnering with IME to manage capability and category road map.

Partner with NIMs to manage PROs / categories / promotions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field

1-2 years' experience in project / process management, data analytics, or services/merchandising /store operations

5-7 years' experience in project / process management, data analytics, or services/merchandising /store operations

Preferred Skills/Education

Three or more years' experience with reporting systems such as SQL MicroStrategy/DART.

Five or more years' experience in cross functional complex project management, analytic design, report development, and complex root cause analysis
