The Sr Analyst, Social Engagement will be responsible for personifying the Lowe's brand and interacting with customers on Lowe's owned social media platforms. They own daily executions of our social strategy in the form of comments and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formally Twitter). Candidates should have experience speaking on behalf of a brand and/or through a brand handle to customers 1:1, or community management. This role will be tapped in on TikTok to listen and flag opportunities for engagement, to feed to business partners, or to inspire content generation. Across channels they'll also look for opportunities to go above-and-beyond for customers in our comments and executing on our surprise and delight strategy. This position will also work closely with Legal, PR and Customer care to mitigate potential issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Digital, Public Relations, Communications or related degree and 3-5 Years Organic Social Media Marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications:
