About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant on the Personal Lending Data, Analytics & Reporting Team.


In this role, you will:

Bring an analytical mindset and generate data or insights working closely with multiple stakeholders across the Personal Lending line of business. You will help enable decision making across the line of business at a transactional, operational and product level.Lead the development and generation of reporting and data based on requests received from various facets of business.Responsible for maintaining partner relationships, ensuring high quality team deliverables and SLAsWorking closely with US partners, interacting closely with multiple business partners anchor program managersDesigning and solving complex business problems by using analytical techniques and toolsWorks with large data sets, both structured and unstructured, and from multiple sourcesWill be involved directly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, data visualization and/or advance analyticsUse standard reporting and visualization tools including SAS/SQL, Teradata, SSIS/SSRS, Tableau, Power BIDevelop and maintain report and dashboard inventoryEngage with cross-functional experts to ensure solutions are business ready from risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectivesStrong ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of the product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product.Aptness for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environmentAbility to use empathy to understand customer and end user needs and translate into requirements


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Additional Requirements:

1:30 PM to 10:30 PM ISTWork from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office)

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience within Consumer Lending portfolioStrong data and reporting skillsKnowledge of common reporting tool sets including SAS, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI.
