Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Dynamics 365 environment.Focus on enhancing CRM solutions to meet organizational needs.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities, including out-of-the-box features.Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 external systems capabilities.Implement and manage workflows, dashboards, and reports within the Dynamics 365 platform.Implement system enhancements and upgrades as needed while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms like Oracle, SharePoint, Twilio, DCP, and ClickDimensions.Monitor integration points to ensure smooth data flow and system coherence.Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.Skills:
Essential:Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM systems.Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365.Experience in developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 integration with external systems like Oracle, SharePoint, Tiwilio, etc.Desirable:PowerBI integration.Knowledge of ClickDimensions.Experience SharePoint integration.You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of related experience
