Position Summary:

Operations Tasks

Periodic review and perform write up of accountsHandling of inbound/outbound callsHandling of complex reconciliation tasksCoordinate/collaborate with business partners for dispute resolutionBuild and develop excellent working relationships with internal customersReview and release of orders on hold based on the authority levelPayment application for complex processes (Wires, Auto cash, Credit Card)Suspense account reconciliationCoverage or back up when necessary due to staffing shortageReconciliation of coded items and disputes raised by customersExercise judgment based on define process to determine appropriate actionProactive problem solvingHandle internal and customers escalations by cultivating customer experienceOther administrative functions as needed and identified by the role

Reporting Tasks

Management of aging and cash reportMonitor / Update of Cash Tracker / Forecasting Spread sheetAnalyze and able to provide input for snapshot reportsProvides data analytics to support business needsProvides required and scheduled reports as defined by management

Qualifications:

At least 3-4 years of experience in AR-related reconciliation tasksGood communications and partnering skillsExperience in reportingAnalytical skills and detail-orientedAbility to work on data from different sources/toolsRole is for night shiftOpen to work in a hybrid set-up
