Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Distribution Services Senior Associate, you play a key role in a fast-pace high-volume operating

environment that services, supports and mitigates client risk. Your primary responsibilities are

centered on the precise, efficient management of receiving and sorting various inbound mail

packages. Your keen attention to detail and critical thinking skills will be put to the test as you

complete your assigned tasks, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You will thrive in an

JOB DUTIES

Consistently deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment

Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet deadlines

Follow mailroom safety and security procedures

Fully operate mail equipment to perform mail operations for highly sensitive mail packages and avoid unnecessary interruptions

Manually and electronically document the tracking of mail packages

Receive, sort and process mail packages, and supplies

Pick up and deliver mail packages on scheduled runs

Clean and maintain all shipping and mail equipment

May be cross-trained on various processes to support other areas during peak times

Assists in training new associates

Considered an on-site essential worker; overtime as required

Adhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Job Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; some college preferred2 or more years of experience with multiple workflows focused on high-volume production2 or more years of experience with mail processing and distributionClient service-oriented experience preferredAbility to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environmentAbility to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlinesIntermediate computer skills with strong aptitude to learn new systems and applicationsAbility to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sourcesStrong analytical and critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to resolve problemsDetailed oriented to process data accuratelyAbility to collaborate with others and provide status updatesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to continuously learn and developAdaptable in an ever-changing environment
