Key Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible to provide L1/L2/L3 Support, Monitor and provide support to production streams and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs for supported applications.Candidate should be able to troubleshoot (review, analyze and resolve) production issue including job failure, and able to apply code fix on need basis.Candidate should be able to work with Business partners to analyze and resolve their queries and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business and IT requirement.Develop and maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders within IT and Business teams and provide support.Monitor and attend all alerts and escalate production issues as needed to relevant teams and management.Coordinate with various teams including onshore support staff and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.Candidate will be responsible to attend calls after office hours including weekend to support production issues.Skills Required:
4+ years of experience in Eagle product suites – Pace data warehouse, Star Accounting, Integrated Workflow Studio, Automation Center, Performance modules etc.Should have hands-on experience in Eagle utilities like Message center, Eagle IWS and Eagle ML.Hand-on experience in using Eagle ML data interfaces to load and extract dataExperience using Message Streams and panels to process files related to trade, Security, Position, pricing etc.Experience in Eagle Automation center, Reference Data center, Portfolio data center, Reporting centerExtensive Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQLKnowledge of Unix/Linux Commands and scriptingKnowledge of job scheduling tool like Control-MDomain knowledge of Asset Management, Trade lifecycle and Reference data (Price and security)Excellent written and Verbal communication skillsKnowledge of AGILE principles and practicesKnowledge of IBM DataStage (ETL Tool) is added advantageWorking with Us:
