We are seeking highly skilled Senior and Associate Attorneys to join our team. This position is focused on civil litigation and insurance defense, providing a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in trial work and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation mattersDraft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsRepresent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial

Qualifications

JDPassed CA bar6+ years of experience in Civil Litigation for Insurance DefenseProven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions, and preferably TrialStrong defense side experience specializing in any of the following:General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Slip Fall, Dog Bite, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Auto on Auto, Labor Employment, OR Construction Defect
