In this key role, you will serve as a system administrator and act as the primary liaison for client relationships at Amgen Manufacturing Limited (AML). You will be accountable for maintaining, developing, prioritizing, and implementing client strategies, while providing mentorship on informatics and Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) solutions. Responsibilities may also include engaging in client relationship activities such as participating in departmental meetings, handling project portfolios, developing business cases, and collaborating with DTI architecture teams. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Lead and support project implementations and ongoing operations from a DTI perspective, including server image coordination, project handling, validation support, work order completion, and cybersecurity patching. + Handle and balance multiple medium-to-large cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and business value. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and implement business-relevant use cases, systematically deriving insights for Amgen and its patients. + Administer, configure, and maintain MES application instances (Development, Test, and Production) for Drug Substance and Drug Product operations, including integration with peripherals in manufacturing areas like weight scales, printers, and scanners. + Responsible of the installation and configuration of FAT clients in manufacturing areas to ensure seamless application functionality. + Ensure security compliance through regular patching, security reviews, and privacy requirements, aligning with industry and regulatory standards for data assets. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MES interphase applications (e.g., ERP SAP, PI Data Historian, Serialization Systech Guardian) with manufacturing operations. + Coordinate with MES vendor and external support teams to resolve application-related issues and maintain operational efficiency. + Support internal and external audits as a DTI Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst professional we seek is an individual contributor with these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications: + Education Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Science + Experience or Knowledge in the Körber PAS-X application. + Experience on data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering or computer science + Experience with databases including relational, SQL and Oracle + Knowledge on web-based application development, preferably ASP Classic or ASP.NET on Windows servers. + Ability to collaborate and influence business partners and other IS resources to drive analytic projects end-to-end + Knowledge of Data Analytical technologies like Tableau or Spotfire + Knowledge working with Cyber Security activities + Knowledge for Application Support - includes the maintenance, definition of improvements, and implementation of administrative and affordable systems through the system lifecycle. + Knowledge in Agile Methodology + Good communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
