Job Description:
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer / IT Systems Administrator to manage and enhance our infrastructure's reliability and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for OS and database patching, creating and executing work plans, and managing change requests (CR). They will also address security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with various standards and audits.

Application Support:
Bug fixes & Production DefectSystem and Database Management:
Perform OS and database patching to maintain system health and security.Develop and implement detailed work plans for system upgrades and maintenance.Create and manage Change Requests (CR) to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.Security and Vulnerability Management:
Identify and address security vulnerabilities, including CCDR, SCDR, SVN, and AOD.Utilize ServiceNow to manage device, database, and application vulnerabilities.Update MECID and ASTRA CLOUD configurations to ensure system integrity.Maintain and update the Golden Image to reflect the latest security standards and patches.Architecture and Compliance:
Implement architecture bug fixes and ensure the stability of IT systems.Ensure compliance with SOX and ASPR standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.Oversee FIM (File Integration Management) audits to ensure data integrity and security.Software Configuration and Code Management:
Manage SCR (Software Configuration Management) processes, ensuring code integrity and version control.Utilize Codecloud, GitHub, Jira, Jfrog, and SVN repositories for efficient code management.Oversee Jenkins (CI/CD) pipeline management, addressing bug fixes and production defects promptlyQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on security and compliance.Proficiency in ServiceNow, MECID, ASTRA CLOUD, Jenkins, and various code repositories.Strong understanding of SOX and ASPR compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Weekly Hours:
