**Overview:** The Senior Associate for the Dispensary and Warehouse (SME) is an individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Manager Warehouse and Dispensary. **_Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for 12 months._** **Key Responsibilities:** + Acts as the Technical SME for Warehouse and Dispensary + Is the Safety Champion for the warehouse and Dispensary area. Liaises with EHS to ensure that the appropriate EHS programs are being implemented in the area. + Owner of business processes in Warehouse and Dispensary and the associated SOP's. + Area Owner for equipment – + Act as Dispensary Equipment Area Owner and works with Engineering and System Owners to coordinate downtime for PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) and Calibration activities, coordination of job plans and work orders for this equipment. + Area Owner for Warehouse equipment. + Completes daily monitoring of critical parameters in dispensary and warehouse area. Daily collection of alarm reports, weekly generation and review of alarm reports. Primary point of contact for alarms. + Acts as functional SAP and MES area SME / SAP Super User and trainer. + Responsible for area SAP Master Data. + Provide support to area manager for LMS training for the Warehouse and Dispensary staff. + Inventory Management and controls + Provides Supply Chain oversight and is responsible for the reconciliation of inventory materials both to & from the Warehouse / Dispensary and Manufacturing, including cycle counts and ensuring there are no negative balances. Liaises with Manufacturing on a regular cadence to ensure that inventory reconciliation is on track. + Manage SAP updates for Scraping of material. + Responsible for SAP configuration of Warehouse storage space, bin allocation, and configuration of SAP min & max re-order limits as directed by Area Manager. + Acts as area point of contact for Financial Inventory audits. + SISC representative for department. + Deviation, CAPA & Change Control – take ownership for any minor deviations, CAPA’s or Change Control as delegated by the Sr Manager Warehouse and Dispensary. + Can act as support for the other Sr Associate Warehouse and Dispensary when they are unavailable. + Projects: + Actively participate on Operational Excellence programs on site, including 5S programs, Kaizen events, etc. + Support any projects in the Supply Chain departments when required + Any other relevant projects as deemed by the Senior Manager Warehouse and Dispensary. + Any other key tasks as determined by area management. + **Basic Qualifications:** + Leaving Certificate level or equivalent at a minimum (five passes required including Maths. & English). **Preferred Requirements:** + Between 2-5 years working in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory requirements are required. + Good process development and problem-solving skills. + Very good interpersonal skills plus ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in an organization. + Ability to communicate finding and make recommendation to the wider organization.
