Key Responsibilities 

Own test automation across Onit platform 

Maintain code coverage, code quality, script efficiency and effectiveness 

Plan, organize and implement test automation solutions/framework for products, critical features and releases 

Drive tools or technology related research and migration 

Implementation of best practices during development and CI execution 

Contribute to hands on development, review and execution 

Coach and mentor team members 

Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders 

Qualifications and Skills  

Test automation architect with 12-15 yrs of experience in test automation  

Hands-on java script development and review experience 

Expertise in Cypress/Playwright or any JS base test automation tools 

Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design and design patterns 

Strong experience in AWS, environment and infrastructure management, build and deployment 

Strong experience in Jenkins or Git pipeline and code management 

Ability to do release and sprint planning 

Ability to coach and mentor team members 

Excellent communication and collaboration skill
