Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Process warranty claimsVerify criteria required by factory or distributorPost credits on computerTrack parts by taggingArrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrappedFollow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claimsOther duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthinessExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAdvanced computer skills
