Sr B2B Regional Marketing Manager

This role supports the small business and mid-market segments, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, SMB Field Marketing. You will develop, execute and measure regional marketing plans to create awareness, build and accelerate regional sales pipeline, and engage with prospects and customers in region. You will leverage your experience to deliver pipeline-impacting campaigns, events, and customer events. In tight alignment with the SMB and Mid-Market Sales Manager’s and Director’s, you will continually evaluate marketing programs against quarterly goals to ensure positive contributions to new business and expansion pipeline. You will act as the voice of the field communicating directly to sales and removing obstacles. You will liasion with the Sales Operations team launching enablement tools and providing feedback. You are accountable, not afraid to take ownership, and most importantly, ready to test and innovate your programs across the buyer’s journey. You should thrive in ambiguous environments, love multi-tasking and have a deep passion for B2B marketing. Liaison back to greater TFB Marketing as Regional specialist and ambassador!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the business, think and act like a regional CMO to proactively identify gaps, trends, headwinds/tailwinds that impact the region, and incubate with fresh ideasSupport the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing & Sales Director of the region to translate sales objectives into territory- and account-specific marketing engagement plans, aligned to regional growth objectives and new business acquisitionCollaboration and support of SMB Sellers communicating, removing obstacles and gathering feedbackCollaborate with other support teams delivering best in class tools and marketing programs to SMB salesImplement territory specific marketing programs and show sales reps how to carry out program elements on their ownBe accountable for demand generation goals (MQLs/SQLs, Appointments, Opportunities) and lead flow/conversion to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and in-line with sales pipeline goalsGenerate productive partnerships with Sales Director and inter-departmental partners across org

Work Experience:

3+ years demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing, preferably with small/med businesses in technology markets, driving successful territory marketing plans in partnership with salesStrong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (return on investment, customer acquisition and retention, etc.)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $82,300 - $148,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
