This BA will need to have a high aptitude to help gather information from the stakeholders, report on the information, then be able to analyze the information and translate it back to leadership so they can make informed decisions. This person takes the data collected and turn it into stories, and help identify ideas for tips and trainings on if they move forward. This needs to be a Sr person that can work independently to help drive the POC.
