This diverse team of data and marketing technology specialists have deep expertise in the ever-changing universe of ad tech, data management, data-driven marketing, and enables a data-first strategy throughout our vast ecosystem of tools and capabilities, enabling automation and scale across our integrated media approach. **Overview** We are seeking a driven **Senior BI Developer** with a proven track record of establishing scalable and innovative business intelligence solutions. The BI Developer will have the capability to over-deliver as a consultant to the business and is genuinely interested in understanding the objectives of complex and evolving projects. The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and professionalism. The BI Developer will be responsible for building & maintaining a reporting platform that ensures clients’ digital investments are as efficient as possible across programmatic, search and social. The reporting suite draws from a big data platform that covers the digital investment footprint of Publicis Media clients. The BI Developer is a dynamic individual who possesses a combination of strong development, analytic, problem solving, and professional communication skills. The role requires the ability to proactively identify opportunities to leverage data and technology to solve business problems as well as coordinate the Analytics team efforts in producing well-designed BI features and reporting products. The BI Developer will operate with genuine curiosity and demonstrate a natural desire to dive deep in platforms, integrations, and data pipelines to discover context, and bring a solution-oriented mindset to seize opportunities. This requires the BI Developer to bring a willingness to “have an opinion,” backed up by insight, expertise, and the confidence to influence key stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + Analyze business requirements, and partner with stakeholders and product management to provide strategic solutions. + Work independently on end-to-end solutions, from data analysis to ETL design and development through to the final visual dashboard. + Guide stakeholders with operational decisions that impact data structures and connectivity. + Bring best practices in data architecture and data visualization to the table. + Root cause analysis of issues raised by stakeholders. + Build tools in a generic fashion for re-use and scalability across other solutions. + Develop technical documentation for each solution. + Manage projects in an agile environment. + Uncover and understand the needs and challenges of our clients; address these through business analysis, recommendations, and ongoing consultation based on our unique information services and ability to assess markets, customers, competitors, and prospects. + Understand how platform/data technologies work and offer the ability to explain technical concepts in ordinary terms (be technically savvy & understand the opportunities and limitations) + Partner with Data Architecture and Analytics leadership to create new product offerings and thought leadership to drive our clients’ business and improve analytics capabilities + Keep abreast of industry trends around advanced analytics and business intelligence. Regularly meet with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure POVs and materials are up to date and translate these materials into meaningful client-facing materials to support learning, evangelism, and advocacy for Infinite Roar **Qualifications** + 3+ years’ experience with Tableau or other BI tool + 3+ years’ experience with SQL and databases  + 2+ years’ experience with Databricks / Python / Spark / AWS Glue  + Comfortable developing new concepts with incomplete information + Experience with media and ad tech platforms (Ad Servers, Media Planning and Buying systems, DSP’s, programmatic media reporting, etc.) + Comfortable with data warehousing concepts, preparing data (ETL), and configuring data pipelines + Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as an analytical mindset + Experience connecting and merging disparate datasets + Strong organizational skills & attention to detail + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or its equivalent + Embody a can-do attitude, and a “figureoutability” mindset + Day 1 readiness Additional Qualifications (Nice to have): + Start-up experience (or commensurate entrepreneurial experience) + Experience and/or familiarity in digital marketing, programmatic, or analytics. + Hands on experience-based point-of-view on best of breed technology tools for BI/Data Analytics, Martech, Adtech, CDP, CRM, etc. preferred. + Experience in Prompt Engineering **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
