We are looking for a world-class Senior Bilingual Copywriter (Spanish / English) with a relentless passion for uncovering “the big idea,” and who has a have a strong command of both English and Spanish, writing compelling, creative copy that resonates with diverse audiences, a mastery of storytelling, and digital and social ideation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in current trends, have a keen understanding of omnichannel creative, and have a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns. You will report to the Creative Director. This is a full-time role based in Glendale, CA. **What You Will Do** + Craft innovative content in both English and Spanish for all digital and social channels associated with the Disney Parks and Resorts group as well as mentoring junior creatives. + Show your problem-solving skills and creative thinking for a range of advertising mediums. + Work well with an Art Director partner to deliver compelling, 360 campaign concepts. + Interpret creative briefs and act upon client feedback while keeping projects on schedule, and meeting deadlines. + Deliver polished and well-written creative elements for internal and external presentations and have an overall comfort level with internal client presentations. + Participate in creative discussions with music houses directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output. **Required** **Qualifications** **& Skills** + Minimum of 5 years’ developing 360 advertising campaigns. + Must possess outstanding speaking, writing and grammatical skills in both English and Spanish. + Knowledge of cultural nuances and the ability to produce culturally relevant content. + Proven presentation skills– confidence and passion when sharing ideas internally. + Proficiency in ideating in the digital and social space. + Time management skills are A MUST. Ability to balance multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet deadlines. + Must be proficient in presentation software and have a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. + Knowledge and genuine curiosity about the Walt Disney Company's history including films, animation, television, and theme parks. + **Required** : Portfolio and CV **(please submit with application and provide any necessary passwords).** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Innovation, trend, promotional, experiential, and social media experiences. + Minimum of 5 years in an agency setting, or related experience. **Education:** + An Associates (2-year) or Bachelor's (4-year) degree in Advertising, Art, Graphic Art, Design, or equivalent experience. **Additional Information:** Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
