The position requires experience with CAD applications with emphasis on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Experience with other Autodesk software, Bentley MicroStation and Microsoft Office is a plus. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Production of BIM models and construction drawings of multiple disciplines working side by side with local and remote CAD/BIM teams and engineers. + Ensuring drawing quality control with respect to Stantec and Client Standards. + Working independently or in collaboration with other project team members depending on project’s needs. **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + 5 years' experience with Revit and AutoCAD. + The candidate needs the skills needed to produce professional quality drawings in accordance with Stantec or Client Standards. + Attention to detail and strong communication skills + The candidate shall work well with local and remote teams. The job requires full-time work at the local Bellevue office. + Strong oral and written communication skills in English. + Prioritize objectives to meet deadlines effectively under pressure. + Ability to prepare complete, concise, and organized BIM models and construction drawings. + BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or other BIM management collaboration environments **Education and Experience** + Associate's degree or Technical Diploma in computer drafting and design or equivalent. + 5 years’ experience in the development of BIM models and construction drawings for mechanical/structural engineering projects. + Experience in wastewater, dams, or hydroelectric, water, related projects preferred.
