Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, and will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project execution. This project-based role involves working on the discovery and development of data strategies aligned with global and regional data regulations. The candidate will gather requirements to help the team identify current gaps with local regulations, which will, in turn, aid in developing strategies to plan for future data regulations. They will be collaborating with cross functional teams made up of other BA's, functional analyst, people data analysts, project managers and technology teams. This candidate will have excellent communication and great team work skills.
