We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring successful software implementations and driving continuous improvement within our organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize the use of the Commodity Management System.User Training & Support:
Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct training sessions. Support change management initiatives, communicating the benefits of the Commodity Management System and addressing employee concerns.Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for the Commodity Management System, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.IT Collaboration & System Configuration:
Collaborate with IT teams to configure the ERP system based on documented business requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users after the Commodity Management System is fully implemented.Data Migration:
Assist in the planning and execution of data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data to the new system.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a related field. 6 - 8 years' relevant experience; commodity and/or IT/business analyst experience preferred. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in business process modeling tools (i.e., Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Commodity Management System implementations preferred. Travel 8-10 times per year.#INDDE
