Sr Business Analyst - Agriculture
**Position Snapshot:** + Type of Contract: Permanent + Function and Stream: IT – Technical & Production - Agriculture + Work Language: Fluent Business English **The role:** In this role, you will manage our data and business intelligence environments, overseeing the integration and aggregation related to our raw materials and farmers globally. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable IT needs, while managing a developer team of developers across multiple projects and locations in various commodities. Grow professionally in a dynamic and impactful environment, collaborating with business partners worldwide to deliver integrated technology solutions! **What will make you a great fit?** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work experience. + 5 years of previous experience as a IT Business Analyst. + Proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations and increasing leadership responsibilities. + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially in the context of commodities and raw materials. + Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English. **Bonus Points If You...:** + Have experience in agriculture area (Dairy, Coffee or Cocoa) + Have expertise in MS Azure and Snowflake + Have experience in change management + Speak Spanish **Not a 100% match?
