Job Description nsight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join one of North Americas largest athleisure wear companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and technology, and will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project execution. This project-based role involves working on the ESG reporting and regulations for data and compliance reporting regulations for EMEA. This BA will work on gathering requirements to assess specific people data metrics for the year 2025. This person will help to call out any process gaps while maintaining attention to detail. They will specifically be working within Workday HCM to retrieve data. They will be collaborating with cross functional teams made up of other BA's, functional analyst, people data analysts, project managers and technology teams. This candidate will have excellent communication and great team work skills.
