Responsible for collaborating across the globe with regional and key affiliate teams, this role is responsible for business analysis, reporting, and delivering actionable insights derived from data to help drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities: · Analyze key business metrics and performance indicators, including sales, conversion rates, customer behavior, and inventory performance. · Monitor SEO performance, site engagement, and content effectiveness to optimize product pages and drive organic growth. · Prepare regular reports on business performance, trends, and forecasts for North American and global stakeholders. · Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs to provide actionable insights for business optimization. · Work with Catalyst team and Global CE to track media and marketing analytics across paid, owned, and earned channels to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize ROAS. · Support personalization and loyalty strategies by analyzing customer behavior and engagement trends. · Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop insights that guide decision-making processes. · Translate complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations to drive sales and operational improvements. · Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure clean, actionable data is available for analysis. · Work closely with multiple regional teams globally, acting as a liaison to support business needs and aligning local strategies with global objectives. · Offer business insights and recommendations tailored to the needs of specific regions, based on a thorough understanding of local markets, trends, and consumer behavior. · Leverage brand strategy to assess business performance, identifying areas of improvement for localized ecommerce teams. · Develop tailored action plans and provide advisory services to local teams aimed at driving ecommerce sales, improving customer engagement, and optimizing product assortment and pricing strategies. · Identify gaps or opportunities in localized business models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. · Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns. · Provide feedback on product performance and help prioritize features or initiatives to support the ecommerce growth objectives. · Identify potential roadblocks and develop plans to overcome them to enhance regional business outcomes **Qualifications** Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field · 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or ecommerce, preferably in a global, cross-functional environment. · Experience working in an ecommerce, retail, or digital environment is strongly preferred. · Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) and SQL or other data analysis tools. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. · Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools. · Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and drive alignment toward common goals. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
