Responsibilities Overview Reporting to Sr. Manager, Sales Reporting, the Sr. Business Analyst supports brands across Post Consumer Brands’ grocery business by providing data-driven, actionable insights at the customer level. This position leverages internal and external data to support team report development, research sales drivers, and provide recommendations to drive share growth. Strong candidates will demonstrate the entrepreneur mindset, be a self-starter, and be able to take an idea and see it through until implementation. Someone who can take complex data and build clear recommendations. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Support the development of team reporting and data visualization through Tableau Provide deep data-driven analytics and support to focus areas within customer tiering Support cross-functional processes (Joint Business Planning, Category Stories, Customer and Channel Playbooks, Pricing and Trade spend management, Commercial Strategy, Commercialization, and Integrated Business Planning) Perform Ad Hoc analysis where needed and provide recommendations Stay up to date with data complexity and be the “one source of truth” synergizing customer and brand teams Collaborate with IT on technology or data support for projects Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is required Preferred Graduate degree in Advanced Analytics, Statistics, or a related area Experience Minimum of 5 years of combined related experience, with a preference in CPG or related industry Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) Functional knowledge of data prep, combining datasets, and performing data cleansing Ability to clearly communicate intricate ideas to a broad group with different levels of understanding Strong knowledge of syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI) Able to build relationships and inspire others Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with data management emphasis Work Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home Office with occasional travel.
