Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Implement DataOps practices to streamline data collection, processing, and analysis workflows, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and data interpretation.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow from various sources.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, DataOps, and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on DataOps and Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Postgress, Big Query).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
