Senior Business Development Manager Robotics - LATAM
The Senior Business Development Manager Robotics - LATAM will be responsible for leading the development of the Robotics market in Latin America. This includes the introduction of technology, market and client development with a long-term approach, identifying opportunities, and generating the revenue defined as the company's objective.
What will you be doing?
Lead the development of the Robotics market in LATAM.
Identify the sales funnel and potential clients in each market.
Build relationships with HCPs and C-suite executives of potential institutions.
Provide highly specialized consulting on Robotics and its platforms, leveraging the Joint Replacement business and/or other company business lines.
Work with Finance and Marketing to develop economic models tailored to each market, offering alternatives to potential clients.
Achieve/exceed the financial objectives of the franchise (Revenues, DSO, STGP).
Design and execute the Robotics business strategy alongside the LATAM Marketing Manager, including the development, presentation, and approval of the annual Marketing Plan, as well as KPI tracking.
Define and execute capital investments (CAPEX) for the business line.
Prepare inventory forecasts for each period to meet franchise objectives.
Identify structural, educational, training, and resource needs for business development in LATAM.
Interact with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Demand Planning, Sales, Surgical Services, MedEd, Regional/Global Marketing) regarding strategy execution.
Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, including the code of conduct and business ethics, to maintain the company’s reputation and integrity.
Perform other duties as assigned according to the nature of the role.
What will you need to be successful?
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Health Sciences.
Preferably a specialization and/or master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, and/or Marketing.
Must have over 5 years of experience in the sector, with mandatory experience in capital sales.
Willingness to travel (60%).
