YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement regional business plans according to the regional sales strategy and plan; lead the sales team to complete the sales volume;Organize and implement market activities in line with sales & marketing strategy;VIP regional customers maintenance by regular visits;Regional competitive products information feedback;Qualified sales representatives recruitment and give them adequate guidance;Counsel, follow-up and coach the representatives regularly, make stage working plan and put them into practice;Regional cost distribution and control.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor degree of medicine or related major;More than 5years pharmaceutical sales management experience, good English communication skills;Organization capacity, interpersonal skills, communication skills, creativity, adaptability, insight, team management capabilities.
