Job Description:

Provides professional server product configuration solutions/proposals to sales and business partners from a technical standpoint, aimed at helping them secure more business opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency in computer hardware components and expertise in Lenovo server hardware configurations, including peripherals and preloaded software, while continuously staying updated on the latest server product technologies. Understands and analyzes customers' business needs and requirements to offer tailored and optimized server configuration solutions. Keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovations.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international teams and clients. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Has experience with servers and storage products, along with IT knowledge of computer or server products. Preferably has a technical background with a comprehensive understanding of server and storage products, options, VMware, Windows Server, and Nutanix. Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems. Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
