Sr Business Process Manager – Operations & Supply Chain

The Sr. Business Process Manager-Operations and Supply Chain is your next opportunity! This position is responsible to lead the operations and supply chain business processes at ISV factories, driving business process standardization as part of Oracle migration projects. The Sr. Business Process Manager-Operations and Supply Chain will define how processes should function, train key users at the plants, and participate in Oracle Emerson migrations.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Become an expert on how Oracle operations and supply chain business processes work Become familiar with how other ISV operations and supply chain business processes work Understand the end-to-end process flows that occur in Oracle operations and supply chain and answer any questions key users have on how business processes work Frequently connect with key users at the plants to understand their struggles When a gap/improvement opportunity is discovered work with IT and the configurator team to design and implement a solution Train new key users and key users undergoing an ERP change Be a member of the ISV Oracle implementation team Help the ISV Oracle team design the implementation plan for a plant After launch, help support the plant in learning & fixing mistakes, and finding opportunities for improvement Be an owner of all operations and supply chain business processes. Feel personally accountable that the processes are working well Find efficiency improvement opportunities and continually work to improve processes Multi-functionally drive required changes and hold others accountable for improvement The senior business track lead will also have responsibility to help train and guide two other business track leads Work with Operations Leadership team to develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements. Provide implementation support for the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of new application functionality.   Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, Planner Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.      5 - 10 years of proven experience working in a manufacturing environment that uses ERP systems (preferably Oracle). Experience working with configurators is a plus Good track record of learning new technologies to become an authority when there is an expertise gap Strong English language proficiency (both spoken & written) Willing to travel 50% of the time supporting plants & Oracle operations and supply chain launches Willing to work non-standard hours to communicate with plants in other world areas Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong training, presenting, and communicating skills Validated expertise working with ERP systems Our Culture & Commitment to You:
