The Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) team is a global engineering organization that works directly with customers and partners looking to leverage the latest technologies to address their toughest challenges. We work closely with our customers’ engineers to jointly develop code for cloud-based solutions that can accelerate their organization’s move to the cloud. We work in collaboration with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower our customers to do more with the cloud. We develop solutions side-by-side with our customers through collaborative innovation to solve their challenges. This work involves the development of broadly applicable, high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets that contribute to the Microsoft platform. In this role, you will be working with engineers from your team and our customers’ teams to apply your Program Management skills, perspectives, and creativity to solve our customers’ toughest challenges. 

We are hiring a Business Program Manager with deep experience in managing customer relationships and complex technical projects start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with industry aligned stakeholders and crews of software engineers to scope and track progress of customer and partners engagements. This role allows you to show your executive presence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. As part of the role, you will use your industry and program management experience to contribute to various Microsoft groups, identify trends and patterns and make sure ISE focuses on the most impactful projects. Finally, attention to detail, passion for data driven decisions and strong collaboration skills are a must.
