This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) / (160 Front Street) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
• Gather requirements and create formal Business Requirements Documents.
• Participate in systems implementation and planning.
• Manage or work within cross-functional teams to deliver BAU or Project initiatives.
• 5-7 years' experience as BA/BSA
• Adobe Pro, Jira, Confluence, Aglie project experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Apply advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing and project management
• Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules
• Ability to perform work on system analyst process from end-to-end on projects of moderate to high complexity
• Experience and comfort level acting as a reference for Business Systems
• Experience with data management/data mapping
• Self-starter and able to work autonomously
• Must be able to speak effectively with both business and technology partners, communication and collaboration skills
