About the Role

As GTM Platform Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will lead cross-functional Platform programs with significant scope and impact to all areas of GTM applications.
 

You will work closely with internal and external security auditors to ensure strong and robust security model. Partner with business and business technology partners to deliver value to stakeholders, including meeting the scope, budget and timeline of the effort.

The Sr. Business System Analyst will:

Lead the Business System Analysis for the Salesforce SaaS platform.

Work with audit team to validate IT General Controls (ITGC) & IT Application Controls (ITAC).

Ensure SOX documentation, including flowcharts, narratives, and controls are up to date, accurate and properly handled.

Participate and own validation of Internal Audit, SOX review for Salesforce configuration management, access management, UAR/RBAC

Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps and gather business requirements for GTM projects & initiatives

Drive sprint ceremonies independently from Pune and own Platform security, vulnerabilities and engineering initiatives, user story grooming, identify cross functional dependencies and closure.

Collaborate with Product Managers and GTM development team in the design, development and deployment of projects & system enhancements.

Responsible for understanding business requirements and documenting as needed; i.e. User Stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, business cases, gap analysis (as is vs. to be), functional design documents etc.

Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Analyze and initiate configurations and customization of the Salesforce system and participate in the change management and go-live support processes.

Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.

Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff.

Analyze Enterprise CRM data (Functional & technical)

Understand the data from M&A system and build a framework for data loading.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years experience in Business analysis or related field.

5+ years hands-on in Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent, supporting business partners in various groups on a global enterprise system.

Proficient hands on experience in driving Platform engineering, coordinate on Salesforce and integration application release updates, reducing cross dependent code vulnerabilities.

Strong background in managing Salesforce profiles, permission sets, user access provisioning, allocate roles, manage groups & workflows.

Hands-on experience in designing Salesforce or comparable CRM Product, including work processes, approval principles, and security controls

Good knowledge in analyzing log data using a Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) and/or Log Analysis platform such as Splunk

Solid project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate assets, communicate status, and lead the delivery of results.

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud)

Ability to communicate effectively and influence, interact, and partner with cross-functional and remote teams

Hands-on experience with reports, data management/data manipulation and dashboards with the ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.

Knowledge in integration tools like Snaplogic/Heroku.

Experience with Data structures and Data modeling

Experience on SOX Audits, ITGC would be a plus

Solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to handle multiple and often changing priorities as well as the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as with business partners and technical teams.

Proven ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

Professional Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
