Job Summary:
As Procurement Senior Category Manager focused on Analytics and Systems, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our company's procurement processes. You will be responsible for owning procurement analytics including integrating multiple data sources, visualizing data in real time dashboards, developing and reporting on KPIs, performing spend analysis and leveraging external market intelligence. Additionally, the role will focus on enabling the procurement process through the use of technology including implementation of procurement systems, creating integrations across multiple enterprise systems, adapting procurement process and systems to changing user needs and developing a future technology roadmap. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality of professional arrangements and goods/services for our organization. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making, supplier relationships, and innovation within the procurement function.

Coach and Develop: Responsible for coaching to strengths and developmental needs of peers and junior team members, sharing knowledge, insights, and experiences to help others develop.Servant Leadership: Horizontal leader in the department and enterprise, partners cross functionally to drive the best outcomes, jumps into problems to help out, is a sought-after advisor on broad topics.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function, seeking feedback from internal stakeholders and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Procurement Strategy and Active Category Management
Strategic Analysis: Analyzes supplier and market data to provide insights and inform decisions including setting data strategy, identifying and tracking KPIs, spend analysis and categorization, and providing reporting and dashboarding.Strategic Planning: Develop long-range plan, set strategic direction, and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and financial targets.Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential market, create requests for proposals, identify, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate favorable terms.Manage Procurement Processes, Systems and Standards
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of procurement strategies, regularly analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies as needed.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal and industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities, maintaining transparency and integrity throughout the procurement process.Systems Enablement: Ensures optimal functioning of Procurement by defining, implementing, and supporting the Procurement process, technology environment, policies, and standards, ensure compatibility with enterprise systems (ERPs) and driving innovation and adoption of best practices across the enterprise.Develop Strategic and Collaborative Relationships:
Trusted Advisor: earns a seat at the table and is sought out when setting strategy, listens intently and seeks to understands, brings proactive ideas to the table.Collaboration: Develop strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from the field and Home Office (ex: finance, operations, and legal) to align strategies with organizational goals and priorities.Influence: Influence leaders on supplier utilization to achieve overall operational and strategic objectives. Engage internal stakeholders and suppliers to bring greater value, better performance, and favorable terms with suppliers.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Finance or professional certification preferred.Proven experience (8+ years) in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of implementing successful procurement strategies and achieving cost savings.Experience with multiple complex Indirect Procurement categories and experience in Financial or Professional Services preferred.Benefits & Perks:
