Rebate Program management for own area of responsibility, calculation execution, provision of support & solutions to AP Channel team to ensure that Channel business objectives of are met 2. Provides results, reports, analytics modelling solutions & solutions connected to Channel partner rebates on regular and adhoc basis (xls., SQL query, VBA, Power BI, Qlik) 3. Takes part in interlock with other functions (Finance, Services, etc.) on new process/program deployment, harmonization & expansion activities and optimization 4. Acts as main contact point for Own area or responsibility/BU 5. Interact with partners in business/BU to understand their business and reporting needs, including critical metrics and KPIs 6. Responsible for Audit and Audit compliance. 7. Participating in delivering strategic Lenovo initiatives and projects 8. Helping to build processes and process designs with business & BT/IT and business teams in order to achieve key Lenovo objectives 9. Involvement in BT/IT data solution testing, process design modelling discussion, UAT, PPS Job Requirements: 1. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 2. Proven communication skills in English & Japanese (speaking & writing), Korean will be considered as plus 3. Team player, can do attitude, flexibility 4. Master’s degree in Technical/Analytical/Computer science 5. 3 years Channel experience 6. 5 years of Data analytics/reporting/Process & solution design 7. MS Office – advanced 8. SQL query – upper-intermediate experience 9. VBA experience 10. Power BI, Qlik View/Sense experience 11. Experience with managing complex Process & reporting solutions E2E 12. Ability to own whole Process & report life cycle from requirement gathering -> implementation -> testing -> go-live & PPS **Additional Locations** : * China * China
