Job Title : Channel ManagerDivision/Group : Genetic Sciences Division / Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division, KoreaLocation: Suseo (Gangnam-gu), Seoul, Korea

Key Responsibilities

In close partnership with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-businessAssess the performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth Build sustainable relationships with key channel partners, set objectives, and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build win-win competence, achieve targets, and improve performanceAnalyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-makingDrive strong channel growth by gaining new business opportunitiesIdentify business opportunities and lead execution with marketing, BD, TSS, and other functional teams.Show initiative to develop programs to drive growth in any economic conditionMaintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of region.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar subject area. Graduate degree or MBA preferred.10+ years’ sales experience in life science and medical marketsStrong channel management experience and validated leadership abilitiesSophisticated selling and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused, results-driven, and demonstrate intuition for business.Ability to develop, align and implement impactful tactical sales plans with clear objectives, quality deliverables, and key performance metrics.Good team management skillsSelf-directed, persistent, and goal-oriented.
