Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize channel performance and improve revenue. Collaborate with commercial sales leaders to ensure an effective channel interface aligned with financial goals.
- Dealer Management: Work in close collaboration with the business group and channel to develop a robust dealer management strategy. Ensure smooth and efficient operations while balancing direct, indirect, and e-business channels.
- Channel Partner Assessment: Evaluate the performance of channel partners, identify opportunities for growth, and select and develop appropriate channels and distributors to achieve profitable growth.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain balanced relationships with key channel partners. Set clear objectives, develop targeted programs and marketing initiatives, and deliver mutual success.
- Performance Optimization: Improve channel capabilities through analytical insights, implement dedication programs, and promote new product introductions (NPI) to achieve targets and drive overall performance.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Biology, or an equivalent field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, with a proven track record in sales or marketing involving major channel partners and distributors in Korea.
- Significant experience in channel management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple collaborators in a complex matrix environment, with a proven aptitude for navigating ambiguity and balancing conflicting goals.
- Experience in developing and executing dealer management strategies and loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to work independently, influence others, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver impactful communication.
