Estimation-\n Input study, generation of RFI’s, HVAC equipment take-off, preparation of\n IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of\n BOQ, costing, valve selection, cable schedule.
Proposals-\n Studying specifications and arrive at inclusion/ exclusion list, technical\n qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations.
Contributing\n and tracking the regional opportunities on estimations, awareness of the\n product ranges, ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell\n products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Performing\n quality checks for the jobs.
Contribute\n towards establishing & standardization of new processes for cost\n optimization & cycle time reduction.
Sound\n Knowledge of business processes and systems.

  Job Activity:
Develop and manage a robust\n channel network for the distribution of controls / BMS/IOT/Cloud\n Solutions.
Plan the deployment of\n consultative selling strategy in various segments.
Identifying the customer actual\n need & promote the solution accordingly.
Setting up customer training,\n technical presentation etc.
Selection of right solution and\n propose based on business nature of customer on specific segment. Market\n awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
Identifying the offer fit to\n specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
All tracking opportunities\n through system.
You will mostly manage end-to-end\n sales with end customers/Channels within the various buildings segment.
Prior knowledge of handling\n Building Management Systems and IoT-enabled technology will be an added\n advantage.
You will lead and close the deal,\n understand the customer's requirements thoroughly and tailor pitch the\n product accordingly.
Take ownership of the region and\n work closely with channel partners to ensure effective market coverage.
Build and maintain strong\n relationships with channel partners, providing support, and training, and\n ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with channel partners\n to create effective sales plans and monitor and adjust strategies to meet\n or exceed sales targets.
Provide necessary training to\n channel partners on controls/BMS/IOT/Cloud Solutions ensuring they are\n well-equipped to promote and sell the offerings.
Take ownership of the region and\n drive Channel sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

BE in\n related discipline preferably Instrumentation & Control, Electronics\n & Electrical Engineering etc.
Work\n experience in relevant field – Min 3-5 years.
Exposure\n to Building Management System (BMS)
Working\n hours’ flexibility to meet deadlines. 
Pre-sales\n process knowledge.
Ability\n to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards, budgets.
Value\n engineered approach in all the deliverables.
MS\n office (Excel & word) competency.
