Job Description:

Join our team as a Sr. Client Trainer/Instructional Designer and empower clients through expert-led training. With a focus on digital instructional design and facilitation, we are looking for someone that loves teaching our clients how to use our products - both through creating content and hosting live, virtual sessions. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our clients' adoption, proficiency and success with CoreLogic products. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and client success teams to develop and deliver effective training content and user guides.  

 

What You Will Be Doing :

Create Learning Materials: Develop instructional materials, courses, and digital training programs that cater to learners’ needs. 

Collaborate with Experts: Work with subject matter experts to build product training courses and ensure content accuracy. 

Facilitation: Responsible for live, virtual facilitation of product training external clients.   

Design Content: Apply instructional design theories and methods to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences. 

Utilize Multimedia Tools: Incorporate visual, audio, and interactive elements to enhance the learning process. 

Conduct Research: Perform instructional research and analysis to improve course effectiveness. 

Develop Assessments: Create assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness. 

Train the Trainer: Will develop and conduct train-the-trainer workshops for clients.  

Job Qualifications:

Must have 8 years' experience in creating and facilitating adult learning in a corporate environment.

Must have proficiency in Instructional Design skills

Learning Models: Must understand adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies: ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with digital design technologies (Articulate, RISE, Camtasia, Vyond, etc)

Content Development: Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials that meet educational goals

Visual Design: Skills in graphic design to make learning materials visually appealing and easy to understand

Must have excellent facilitation skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

Engagement Techniques: Methods to keep adult learners motivated and involved, such as interactive activities and discussions.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on learner feedback and needs.

Assessment and Feedback: Ability to evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Additional Skills

Project Management: Organizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Analytical Thinking: Assessing learner needs and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Collaboration: Working well with subject matter experts, other designers, and stakeholders to create comprehensive learning experiences.

Growth mindset: Must want to continually learn and develop
