About the role CNC Punch Press and CNC Press Brake operator. Qualified individuals must have experience in the set-up, operation, editing, and shop floor pragramming capabilities for CNC punch press (RUMPF Preferred), and CNC press brake (TRUMPF Preferred). This individual must be a good communicator with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a prototype and production atmosphere. This would be a 1st shift position with the ability to cross train on other shifts. What you will be doing + Set up and operate CNC punch press. This includes the set-up of specific tooling as required, operating inspection equipment and inspecting their work. + Set up and operate CNC press brake, operate inspection equipment and inspect their work. + Edit and program CNC punch prerss and press brake. + Train others on both the CNC press and the CNC press brake. + Review and critique prototype and standard designs for manufacturability. By ensuring precise tooling setup, operating inspection equipment, and meticulously inspecting work, you will uphold our standards for excellence. About you + High school degree (or equivalent). + Two years CNC Punch press operation experience. + Two years CNC Press Brake operation experience. + Blueprint reading.
