Sr CNC Operator
About the role CNC Punch Press and CNC Press Brake operator. Qualified individuals must have experience in the set-up, operation, editing, and shop floor pragramming capabilities for CNC punch press (RUMPF Preferred), and CNC press brake (TRUMPF Preferred). This individual must be a good communicator with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a prototype and production atmosphere. This would be a 1st shift position with the ability to cross train on other shifts. What you will be doing + Set up and operate CNC punch press. This includes the set-up of specific tooling as required, operating inspection equipment and inspecting their work. + Set up and operate CNC press brake, operate inspection equipment and inspect their work. + Edit and program CNC punch prerss and press brake. + Train others on both the CNC press and the CNC press brake. + Review and critique prototype and standard designs for manufacturability. How you will be making an impact + As a CNC Operator specializing in CNC Punch Press and CNC Press Brake operations, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your experience in setting up, operating, editing, and programming CNC machines will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production. By ensuring precise tooling setup, operating inspection equipment, and meticulously inspecting work, you will uphold our standards for excellence. About you + High school degree (or equivalent). + Two years CNC Punch press operation experience. + Two years CNC Press Brake operation experience. + Blueprint reading.
