Sr Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Paralegal

Beacon Hill is searching for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a major law firm's Midtown Manhattan office. This position has a salary that ranges from $130,000-$150,000.

This person should have at least 10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in a major law firm. This person should be familiar with title/survey reports, transaction management, drafting transactional documents, and managing the closing process.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing surveys, zoning reports, lease-related documents, and other due diligence materials, resolving issues, and coordinating with diligence service providers.Reviewing title insurance commitments and underlying documents, addressing title issues, and finalizing title policies.Preparing and maintaining transaction checklists.Drafting and organizing closing documents, forms, letters, correspondence, and other legal documents under attorney supervision while maintaining closing files.Providing support to attorneys during closings and attending closings when required.Creating and maintaining calendars for transactions or closings and distributing updates to team members and supervisors.Preparing, finalizing, and assembling legal documents for execution and maintaining final closing records.Handling post-closing matters, including preparing and distributing closing binders.Coordinating ongoing projects and tasks, both on-site and off-site, and utilizing junior paralegals, support departments, and administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in a major law firm
