Sr Compensation Analyst

This Senior Compensation Analyst  is the compensation subject matter professional and is responsible for supporting and coordinating the planning, implementation and

administration of the company’s global compensation programs with the global compensation manager. You will collaborate with various departments to support compensation strategy and drive data-informed decision-making.

 

Your Day to Day:

Conduct thorough analysis and perform related activities of compensation data, including market trends, annual market salary surveys, market benchmarking, merit budgets, and maintenance of global salary structures. Partner with all appropriate parties in the design and administration of annual merit planning and Incentive payment activities. Conduct job evaluations of new or existing roles. Maintain job documentation library and applicable data elements related to job structure, classification, federal/country and local employment requirements, etc. Provide analysis and consultation for internal and external job offers and employee job movement Partner with HRIS to support Compensation team with global data reporting and data maintenance in applicable systems. Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation information and perform regular audits. Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses and audits, interpret those analysis and report/make recommendations to management, as requested.  Includes year-over-year trending reports and analysis of those trends. Administer compensation policies/programs which support recognition, retention and reward efforts company-wide. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline 5+ years of experience in Compensation and HR CCP certification is a plus Ability to apply standard compensation concepts, processes, procedures, in addition to creative problem- solving skills. Strong quantitative reasoning skills, including the ability to work with some of the more complex capabilities in Excel. Access database experience a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, interacting effectively all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff. Must be flexible in order to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks. Highest degree of attention to detail and confidentiality expected.
