Sr Construction Project Manager

Performs and coordinates complex construction management activities related to construction projects and related industrial infrastructure to meet Honeywell, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities\rProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, cultivating a collaborative environment that drives professional growth. Demonstrate mastery in independent decision-making, ensuring the seamless progress of projects even in the absence of immediate oversight. Provide direction to projects, assessing potential risks, opportunities, and solutions to guarantee optimal project outcomes. Develop, manage, and adapt intricate project schedules, orchestrating numerous moving parts and aligning with stakeholder expectations. Employ seasoned expertise to identify, evaluate, and effectively mitigate project risks, drawing on experience to strategize solutions. Exercise fiscal stewardship by closely monitoring budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to align with financial parameters. Articulate project updates, roadblocks, and solutions with eloquence, facilitating harmonious interaction among teams and stakeholders. You Must Have\rA bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of construction project management experience.Ability to travel up to 5% of the time. Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.United States Citizenship.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)We Value\rA master's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field. PMP certification or its equivalent. Expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Experience collaborating with Federal Government clients. A background in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A track record of successfully managing projects up to or exceeding $50M.A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Ability to work without supervision with latitude for independent action and decision making.Exceptional organizational skills with an innate ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving prowess. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in relevant software tools, encompassing project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
