Job DescriptionWhat's it all about?
The selected candidate will be providing consultancy services to Visa Direct Enablers (Acquirers, PSP, processors) and key merchants, to identify, define, and initiate execution of real-time payment technical solutions - keeping in mind evolving market, client, and consumer needs with the objective of driving significant future market growth for Visa.
The candidate will be responsible for enablement and growth of regional originating clients, as well as supporting leading strategic initiatives to ensure we accelerate time to revenue and are able to drive further volume. Must possess a unique combination of technical skills - deep understanding of payments processing, banking systems, consumer behaviour and Visa’s business – and outstanding client facing skills.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Engage European Acquirers, PSPs, Processors, Merchants, and deliver agreed targets for Visa Direct enabler and originator enablement and growthWork with clients and partners to drive enablement and setup optimisation that will facilitate revenue growthDrive definition of technical solutions that meet partner and Visa growth objectivesContribute to the optimisation of the current delivery framework and processes to accelerate time to revenue – identifying trends and proposing solutions for common client pain pointsLead consultancy on best practices covering all aspects of Visa Direct origination for card, account and wallets, cross border solutions and corporate payments via B2B ConnectContribute to the product development, identifying areas of improvements and implementing solutionsProject manage and communicate the enablement and optimisation of new and existing clientsReport against OKRs of their portfolio of clientsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsMid to senior level experience in a Programme/Product role for new payment product technologies and capabilities – including technical/commercial/consultancy. Payments / money movement field is essential.
