Sr Consultant

What success looks like in this role:

Independently applies multiple theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies in consulting assignments to identify and solve a client's complex business problems using industry-standard best practices.Documents business processes and identifies opportunities to improve those business processes.Defines business requirements and helps evaluate the functionality, costs, and benefits of potential business solutions.to meet those requirements.Designs end-to-end business solutions and business cases to justify the implementation of those solutions for small projects.Supports the creation of artifacts including business process models, business requirements documents, test plans, implementation plans, and user documentation.Develops and implements business solutions that meet a client's business strategy and requirements, thereby improving a client's business processes and functions.Builds project plans and leads 2-3 consultants in the delivery of small projects of low complexity with responsibility for quality and project profitability.Identifies additional Unisys products and services that may benefit the client's organization. Participates in business development, proposal development, client presentations, marketing, and thought leadership.Participates in training to improve consulting, communication, business advisory, industry-specific skills, and career development, enabling advancement to the Consulting Manager role.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Deep expertise and knowledge in the following:Microsoft Teams, Voice, Collab, and Teams Room SystemsProficiency in one or more Microsoft 365 workloads like Microsoft Entra ID, Messaging, SharePointExperience in Teams voice Transformation projects with conducting design workshops, creating High-Level and Low-Level design documents, Site Migration Planning, and the migration of users from legacy telephony environment to Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Operator Connect.Telephony concepts such as signaling, codecs, dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routing and legacy IP / TDM telephony.Experience in configuring Teams certified Voice Gateways, SBCs and Analogue Devices, Teams Phones, and peripherals.PowerShell scripting skillsExperience in three or more of the following:Collaboration, Security, and GovernanceZoom MeetingsZoom PhoneMicrosoft SharePointMicrosoft Power BIMicrosoft Power AutomateStandards-based Video Conferencing, interoperability and supporting infrastructure.Adoption and change management.Ten+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Unified CommunicationsMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertExperience working with global multi-national enterprises.
